Mammography

QCH is a designated OBSP (Ontario Breast Screening Program) site. Location of all previous breast images is required at the time of booking. QCH will obtain images prior to appointment for comparison. If images are completed in Quebec, patients must bring images or a CD on your appointment day.

  • Monday – Saturday 0800 – 1600 hours
  • No after hours coverage
  • Screening, diagnostic work-up and biopsies
  • Patients aged 75 years or older require a referral form from their Physician for a mammogram/OBSP screening mammogram.


Preparations

Do not apply any underarm deodorant or talc to upper body before mammography examination.
